Uses:  Peppermint has been known to ease stress, ease headaches, and for pain relief.  A strong cup of tea has been know to lower high fevers.  It is known to ease nausea, upset stomach, and irritable bowel syndrome. It is also known to aid with sleep.  
Traditionally, it symbolizes love, healing, sleep, and abundance.

Warnings: Do not take if pregnant or with gallbladder inflammation, severe liver damage, or biliary duct problems.  Do not take it in combination with the heartburn drug cisapride (Propulsid).
